Join with us for this informal class with Shoua Lee, Amador Hill Farm Production Manager, and learn about the multiple varieties of Asian greens, how to find them, how to grow them, and how to prepare and cook with them. This demonstration class will offer a free meal at the end of the day. Vegan and non-vegan dishes will be made.

Shoua grows and Shoua cooks. Shoua is not a chef but an experienced Hmong farmer who learned how to cook in the Southeast Asian tradition from her mother and family. She manages her own farm – Shoua’s Garden — and sells at the Hmong Farmers’ Market in St. Paul, and she also works full time as WEI’s Amador Hill Production Manager.
