Join Angela Campbell, a practicing herbalist, reiki & crystal healer and professional gardener, for a day of winter wellness education. This class will teach you how to support yourself and your communities through the winter months with herbal medicine. You’ll learn great preventative techniques, kitchen medicine and how to treat our winter ails (coughs, colds, flus, fevers, earaches, SAD, etc.). We will explore powerful and effective winter herbal allies and their uses. We’ll make some botanical medicine for everyone to take home. You will receive a handout with additional winter-supporting recipes.
This 3-credit class can be used by participants in WEI’s Herbalism and Environmental Health Certificate Program. You can also register for this class without participating in WEI’s Certificate Program.
Angela Campbell is a healing-arts practitioner, educator and professional gardener. In her healing-arts practice she uses many tools, including Traditional Western Herbalism, Flower Essence Therapy, Reiki and Crystal Healing, to facilitate whole-body healing and wellness. She has studied and worked primarily in the San Francisco Bay area and the Twin Cities.
